2024 Spirit of Volunteerism Honoree – Jonathan Roth

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Jack has been a volunteer mediator with Groundswell’s Dispute Resolution Program since 2015. In that time, Jack has mediated countless cases across hundreds and hundreds of hours throughout Orange County.

Since the beginning, Jack has come in with a wealth of experience, bringing a strong sense of professionalism to the role. He is someone that Groundswell knows they can call on when assistance is needed, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand.

In addition to helping us to mentor and train new mediators in conflict resolution skills, he has also helped give general life skills to the young adults who volunteer in our program. Because of dedicated volunteers like Jack, Groundswell’s mediation program has continued to thrive.
