Earth Day is one of OneOC’s four National Days of Service and celebrated around the world. While projects may focus on preserving and beautifying Orange County’s environment, this is another opportunity for the community to take action and support our nonprofit partners. Individuals, families, groups, and organizations can easily participate in this national initiative!
COVID-19 has devastated families and small businesses. Many have become reliant on local nonprofits or the kindness of neighbors during this time. The volunteer efforts of individuals, companies, and nonprofits can make all the difference in the world to an OC family or business.
OneOC will promote essential on-site and virtual service projects addressing critical needs in our community including environmental protection.
On-site service projects must follow all safety guidelines recommended by the CDC. Virtual projects should not only engage volunteers of all ages, but also allow participants to support our local communities.
Join us to celebrate Earth Day by supporting nonprofits on-site and virtual volunteer opportunities, or with a Charitable Giving Card! Choose which way you would like to give back this Day of Service!
OneOC‘s Family Volunteering provides children and their families a simple and organized way of building volunteerism into their daily lives.
Teams of family volunteers serve together as part of our national Days of Service, having fun for a good cause, giving of their time and talents to make a difference in our local communities.
Projects that are suitable for “Family Volunteering Groups” with children 5 years or older will be denoted by FST in the title of the volunteer opportunity on the Volunteer Calendar.
