NATIONAL DAYS OF SERVICE
OneOC Days of Service are four national volunteer days that unite individuals, families, service clubs, businesses, schools, and faith-based organizations in volunteerism throughout the year. With over a decade of experience HandsOn Connect provides the best app for volunteer opportunities, tracking hours and your impact to seamlessly manage your volunteers. Volunteers can view project locations, check in with by using QR codes and be updated real-time as they can even remove themselves when plans change. The HandsOn Connect mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple Store and Google Play as long as volunteers have an existing OneOC Volunteer Account before logging into the app.
OneOC‘s Family Volunteering provides children and their families a simple and organized way of building volunteerism into their daily lives.
Teams of family volunteers serve together as part of our national Days of Service, having fun for a good cause, giving of their time and talents to make a difference in our local communities.
Projects that are suitable for “Family Volunteering Groups” with children 5 years or older will be denoted by FST in the title of the volunteer opportunity as part of OneOC’s HandsON Connect online volunteer recruitment system and directly on our Volunteer Calendar.
