Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:
The Nature Reserve of Rancho Mission Viejo is honored to nominate Wolfgang Greinke for the OneOC Spirit of Volunteerism Award. Wolfgang has been volunteering for The Nature Reserve since 2017. He has donated over 500 hours to various programs, including fire watch, lectures, night programs, outreach events, trail clearing, and hundreds of hours as a sweep, hiking our most strenuous trails. Wolfgang is always ready to help with trail maintenance requests, which can be frequent after heavy rains, and is happy to hold our animal ambassador, Rosy the Coastal Rosy Boa, at our outreach events. The Nature Reserve is so grateful for Wolfgang‘s dedication and hard work. His volunteer support allows our organization to accomplish so much more. We are so thankful to have Wolfgang as a part of our volunteer family.
