Pathways proudly nominates Raymond Cervantez for the Spirit of Volunteerism Award, acknowledging his exceptional dedication and contributions to our organization. Over his six-year tenure as a board member, Raymond served as treasurer before stepping into the role of President when the incumbent president resigned. Since 2020, Raymond has continued to lead as President, guiding Pathways through its most significant transitions in its 32-year history. Under Raymond’s leadership, Pathways welcomed a new executive director, expanded its board with eight new members, and developed its inaugural strategic plan. His compassionate approach, clear direction, and unwavering confidence have been instrumental in steering the organization toward growth and sustainability. Raymond’s vision and leadership have positioned Pathways to expansion and success in the coming decade. |
