Aimee Bakar
Aimee Bakar joined the OneOC team in 2022. She has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University, with interests in management and accounting. Aimee has been volunteering for multiple nonprofits since she was a teenager and has over 8 years of experience working in nonprofits as an administrator, office manager, bookkeeper, and accountant. She enjoys the opportunity to be an accountant in the nonprofit sector and working with people who are passionate about seeing their own community thrive. In her spare time, Aimee enjoys cake and cookie decorating, learning new cooking recipes, and spending time with her family.
Annamarie Licina
Annamarie Licina is an Enrolled Agent with a background in Tax Preparation, Small Business Accounting, and Financial Planning. She holds a BS in Business Administration with emphasis’ in Management and International Business and a minor in Leadership and Organization Studies from Chapman University. Annamarie is a proud Big Sister through the Big Sister Big Brothers program and enjoys volunteering, especially when teaching Financial Literacy to the youth. She is happy to have joined the OneOC team in 2020 where her love for helping others in accounting and in supporting non-profits combine.
Ashlee Doty
Ashlee joined the Volunteer Services team at OneOC in early 2022. With a history of Social Media Managing, Client Relations, and Event Planning, Ashlee has spent the last 8 years diving into the small businesses of Orange County. Because of her passion and vision for growing the community, she has worked within a start-up Marketing and Music Merchandising company, The Travel Corporation, and has even played a role in the Orange County Farmers Markets. In her spare time, Ashlee enjoys practicing yoga/meditation, live music, traveling, and drinking coffee.

Cindy Braun
Cindy Braun oversees office operations and supportive services to ensure OneOC is operating securely and effectively. She also manages and develops the Salesforce CRM database and provides onsite support for all other technology-related across all departments. Cindy has extensive experience working in the nonprofit sector, serving through various roles within community-based nonprofits where she provides direction and support in the areas of IT management, grant management, project management, volunteer recruitment and management, special events, and community outreach. Prior to joining OneOC in 2010, Cindy was a Marketing Manager for two bicoastal state-of-the-art multiple million-dollar data solution centers at Ingram Micro and a Project Manager at Agile360. She holds a BS degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Cindy is a native Northern Californian and has resided in Tustin since 2003.Clifford Farrar
Clifford is an experienced Enrolled Agent & accountant with over 10 years of expertise in managing financial records, processing payroll, and providing business consulting. He is driven by a strong desire to help others achieve their financial goals and is committed to positively impacting their lives. In his free time, he is an avid reader of various topics with a thirst to expand his knowledge. H resides in the beautiful city of Redonda Beach and has a passion for traveling to explore new places.
Daniel Castaneda
Daniel joined OneOC as a Volunteer Services Manager with several years of nonprofit program management experience. He holds a BA in English and a Master’s in Urban Leadership. With a passion for community and social impact, he is excited to focus his work on volunteer engagement. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and rooting for his favorite LA sports teams.
Elisa Cirrito
Elisa joined the Volunteer Services team in the summer of 2022. She has experience in leadership program coordination and event planning from her previous role serving Fullerton College. She interned for the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Public Safety and a nonprofit organization, Achieving the Dream, which fortified her passion for strengthening her local communities. She holds an M.A. in Public Administration with a concentration in local government management from California State University, Fullerton. Tusks Up! She enjoys binge-watching TV series, spending quality time with her family (especially her niece), and traveling. Elisa is excited to be a part of the Volunteer Services team to expand equity and accelerate nonprofit success in her local community.
Emily Yonce
Emily first joined OneOC in 2022 during her service through AmeriCorps at the Anaheim Independencia Family Resource Center. This year she returned to OneOC as the AmeriCorps lead for the Volunteer Infrastructure Program. Previously, she served in a two-year teaching fellowship through AmeriCorps in the Bay Area. Before entering the non-profit sector, she had 10 years of hospitality experience. She is passionate about serving her community, advocating for vulnerable populations, and learning equitable practices. Emily is originally from the East Coast, growing up between Vermont and New York, but she has fallen in love with California. She is currently in a Master’s in Clinical Psychology program. In her free time, she likes to roller skate, play video games, and volunteer at food distributions.
Gabrielle Esparza
Gabrielle Esparza joined the OneOC team in 2021. She has a diverse background in customer service, healthcare, nonprofit, and accounting. She has a passion for assisting nonprofits in achieving their goals and helping their communities. She is an avid hiker and spends her free time exploring Joshua Tree, Big Bear, C.H. State park, and everything nature has to offer.
Jasmin Han
Jasmin joined the OneOC team in 2022 as a Volunteer Services Coordinator, where she supports with the oversight of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program in Orange County. At an early age, she quickly realized she enjoyed helping others and finding creative ways to give back to the community. After graduating from Cal state Fullerton with a BS in Marketing and working extensively with the senior population, Jasmin was able to find her passion in assisting nonprofits as well as the senior community. Thanks to OneOC, she can combine both of her passions and make a positive change today for a better tomorrow.
Jeani Toscano
Jeani has worked in the non-profit sector for more years than she is willing to disclose, including 10 years at both The YMCA of Orange County and Coast Bible Church. Her experience includes bookkeeping, business management, and graphic design, and she has a passion for providing friendly customer service. Jeani is an avid reader, and never leaves home without an audio-book queued up for spare moments. She and Elias, her husband of over 30 years, currently reside in South Orange County.
Jessica LoVerso
Jessica recently joined OneOC as a Volunteer Services Manager, having just relocated back to the Orange County, CA area where she is originally from. She has a MA degree in Forensic Psychology, along with a dual BA degree in both Psychology and Forensic Science and has worked with a variety of nonprofits, focusing on youth mental health and advocacy for the most disenfranchised in society. She has a passion for working with agencies that strive to help members of our community live their most fulfilling lives and is dedicated to making positive change possible for all Orange County nonprofits while at OneOC! Self-described as a “giant nerd,” she enjoys all things Marvel and Disney, and can usually be found at the library with a coffee or smoothie in hand, enjoying a great read!
Katelyn Noble
Katelyn joined OneOC with over a decade of nonprofit program management and development experience. Katelyn holds a BS in Health Sciences with emphasis areas in Business and Public Health. Having most recently served as a national director for a large nonprofit, she is excited to focus her work within her own community. Katelyn is a transplant from the Midwest and now lives in Irvine with her husband and two daughters.

Originally from Orange County, Lauren has extensive experience volunteering with nonprofits such as National Charity League, Girls Inc., and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Orange County. She is excited to combine her passion for giving back with her HR and recruitment experience.
Lily Pan
Lilys Pan joined OneOC team in 2022 as a Nonprofit Accountant. Lily has an extensive experience as a full cycle corporate accountant for a profit and nonprofit firms for more than fifteen years. She holds a BA degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. In her spare time, Lily enjoys reading, spending time with her family and serving as a music advocate for her local community public schools.
Luis Regalado
Luis Regalado joins OneOC as our Services and Membership Manager in 2022. Most recently having worked for the YMCA of Orange County and the Whittier Chamber of Commerce, Luis brings nearly 10 years’ experience in nonprofit program management and customer service relations. Here’s what Luis has to say about joining the OneOC team “I’ve always enjoyed being part of the nonprofit world as it has allowed me to bring positive impact to my local communities. Being part of an organization like OneOC provides me the opportunity to work collaboratively with nonprofits from Orange County and surrounding to support them in their goals.” In his free time, Luis enjoys activities like running, hiking, painting and spending time with his family.
MARISELA (Modi) RODRIGUEZ
Marisela (‘Modi’) is somewhat of a ‘Jane-of-all-Trades’ with experience as a bookkeeper, business director, office manager, Realtor, tax preparer, mom’s caregiver, and, just for fun, a music director of a children’s/youth choir, wedding coordinator, stage director, pianist, Media Manager for On The Rocks Radio Show, and volunteer. Her favorite role in life is 'Mom to Alexander' who keeps her laughing through thick and thin. Modi has worked in the nonprofit arena for many years including positions at Stop-Gap Drama Therapy, the YMCA of Orange County, Venture Strategies, Our Lady of Fatima, and the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Her passions include anything Snoopy, musical theatre, her dog Wiggles, the Golden Girls (who she relates to more and more each day) and hanging out with celebrities. Modi is happy to be part of the OneOC Team!
Michael Paulus
Michael Paulus joined the OneOC team in 2022. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a minor in Political Science. Michael has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Saint Mary, in Organizational Health and Leadership. He has worked in many different industries as a bookkeeper and accountant, since completing his undergrad in 2014. Michael loves that he can use his knowledge of accounting and business to help non-profit organizations flourish. Any free time Michael has you can find him outdoors.
RANDA WREN
Randa Wren started as Bookkeeper for OneOC in December 2012. She has over 30 years of bookkeeping experience in construction, manufacturing and publishing.
Stacy Brooks
Stacy Brooks serves as the Director of HR & Administration for OneOC and joined the organization 10 years ago. She has over 25 years of experience as a nonprofit leader, 15 of which has been in human resources. Labeled as being “HR with heart”, Stacy is committed to operating with compassion and courage, ensuring that organizations remain in compliance by doing things right as well as “doing the right thing” for their teams. Stacy studied Journalism and Communication at the University of Southern California and was featured in the Orange County Register where she gave pointers on how to land a job using specialty job boards.
Tim Strauch
Tim is the President & Chief Executive Officer for OneOC in Orange County, California. He has provided strategic leadership and direction with his business management acumen to help strengthen over 950 organizations in the community. He also serves as a coach, consultant and trainer to professional leaders as well as a presenter and facilitator in the community. Tim currently serves on the California Volunteers Commission as well as on various national committees and task forces with Points of Light. Tim played an instrumental role at a state and national level with the Service Enterprise program serving over 150 organizations since its inception and has been replicated throughout the country. Before his current position, Tim served in various leadership roles with the YMCA including Executive Director of the Saddleback Valley YMCA, Senior Vice President of Branch Operations, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Development Officer. With over 30 years as a successful nonprofit leader dedicated to strengthening communities, Tim has guided and empowered individuals to seek their greatest potential while making a positive difference in others. His personal mission is to maximize the human potential for greater community impact. His areas of expertise include leadership development, operations, business growth, board development, volunteer advancement, fundraising and strategic planning. He earned a Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Florida State University and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Southern California. Tim lives in Dana Point with his wife, Kristen, who is an Executive Director with the American Cancer Society. They are a blended family with kids, Max, Maddie, Nicole and Gavin.
Victoria Muffie
As Director of Nonprofit Services, Victoria provides dedicated support and service to OneOC’s fiscally-sponsored Community Initiatives as well as leads the Organizational Development Services, which consists of consulting, membership, and training services for nonprofits. She brings ten years of nonprofit volunteer experience having served on the Boards of Directors for organizations that support education for children and leadership development for young women. Additionally, Victoria has over fifteen years of professional marketing experience overseeing the development of promotion and advertising programs for consumer goods manufacturers and retail classes of trade nationwide. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University, and during her time in college, she had the opportunity to live for a year in Vienna, Austria. Victoria, her husband, Chris, and their child, Sam, enjoy traveling, movie nights, and days at the beach.
