Lauren Stanton joined OneOC as an HR Specialist in 2021 recruiting talent for the AmeriCorps fellowship program. She is excited to combine her passion for giving back with her HR experience. Besides her HR management skills set, she brings to OneOC extensive knowledge of managing volunteers with nonprofits such as the National Charity League, Girls Inc., and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Orange County. She holds a Human Resource Management certificate from Long Beach. In her free time, you might catch her playing flag football with her friends or riding her bike along the beaches of Huntington Beach.
