Jennifer Sanghera serves as OneOC Nonprofit Services Manager by supporting community outreach for the Nonprofit Membership Program and Nonprofit Learning Center. Her primary focus is developing new revenue through networking, outreach, and pipeline development to provide resources, services, and connections to nonprofit organizations.
Prior to OneOC, Jennifer gained related professional experience at Children & Families Futures managing the ICF subcontract for the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare (NCSACW) and was responsible for project management and technical assistance. Jennifer has strong skills in networking, engaging with community partners, public speaking, research, and strategic planning. She is detail-oriented, which fosters her current position at OneOC, managing nonprofit services.
Jennifer has over 18 years of professional experience providing direct service, and management direction in the child welfare system in addition, to gaining expertise in two different non-profits that are committed to social work best practices. She was valued for planning, implementing, and seeking funding for patient and professional educational programs, in accordance with Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America’s policies and strategic plan. Jennifer served as the Executive Director of Business Development & developed strategic plans for increasing revenue, working with governmental agencies, overseeing staff to increase revenue, and overseeing management of social services programs. She received a bachelor’s in social work from Southern Vermont College.
