About the iCAT

The Impact Capacity Assessment Tool (iCAT) is an assessment and planning tool that helps your nonprofit better understand its organizational capacity based on direct input from those who know you best—your team and key stakeholders.

What Do You Get with the iCAT?

The iCAT results are generated as a written report containing scores in six (6) capacity areas and up to 28 sub-capacity areas, along with an organizational capacity stage, and a series of recommendations intended to help your organization achieve maximum societal impact.

Creating a Matrix MAP for your organization allows you to develop and adjust your programmatic strategy year-over-year. This will help you budget effectively for your programs and help you diversify your funding sources for executing your mission.
