Aimee Bakar joined the OneOC team in 2022.  She has been passionate about serving nonprofits since her childhood.  She has been volunteering for multiple community-centered nonprofits since she was a teenager. Aimee brings a wealth of knowledge to OneOC with over 13 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector as an administrator, office manager, bookkeeper, and accountant. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University and a Quickbook certification. Her other passions include decorating cakes, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Annamarie Licina is an Enrolled Agent with a background in Tax Preparation, Small Business Accounting, and Financial Planning. She holds a BS in Business Administration with emphasis’ in Management and International Business and a minor in Leadership and Organization Studies from Chapman University. Annamarie is a proud Big Sister through the Big Sister Big Brothers program and enjoys volunteering, especially when teaching Financial Literacy to the youth. She is happy to have joined the OneOC team in 2020 where her love for helping others in accounting and in supporting non-profits combine.

Ashlee Doty joined the Volunteer Services team at OneOC in 2022, specializing in event management. With over a decade of experience in Social Media Management, Client Relations, and Event Planning, she has been a driving force in supporting small businesses across Orange County. Ashlee's skills in planning, organizing, and executing successful events have made her an invaluable asset to our corporate partners. Her passion for community growth has led her to work with a start-up marketing and music merchandising company, The Travel Corporation, and contribute to the Orange County Farmers Markets. In her free time, Ashlee enjoys yoga, meditation, live music, traveling, and is an avid coffee enthusiast.

With extensive experience in both the tax industry and municipal finance, he is well-equipped to drive success for his clients, whether they are individuals, businesses, or governmental entities. Brandon graduated with distinction from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in sports, and immersing himself in video games. His vibrant enthusiasm and energy shine through in both his professional and personal life.

Catherine Lamorena joined the OneOC in 2023 as the Nonprofit Services Specialist, supporting our Fiscal Sponsorship projects. She has over a decade of experience in program development within the nonprofit sector.  Her diverse background in nonprofit endeavors resonates with her commitment to fostering the growth and well-being of communities. Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has served as a Peace Corps Volunteer. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, stand-up paddling, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.

Clare McKenna joined OneOC in 2024, bringing over 30 years of successful leadership experience within the non-profit sector. She has a passion for motivating teams to achieve their goals, seeing the potential in people and organizations, and moving them beyond their comfort zones to reach their fullest potential. Clare believes that relationships are the connective tissue for all thriving non-profit organizations, and she excels at bringing people together to align common goals and create strategic results. Connecting people in fresh ways to achieve new heights is her professional passion. Clare brings to OneOC a wealth of knowledge in fundraising, public relations, event management, and executive management. Her track record includes successfully redesigning operational strategies by implementing high-performance management systems. She is known for her achievement-driven approach, reliability, strong work ethic, and humor that always leaves a smile on your face. Clare earned her BA degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fullerton.

Meet Your CRP Team Welcome to the Court Referral Program (CRP) at OneOC, where our dedicated and experienced team works tirelessly to provide a transformative alternative to traditional sentencing. Serving all Orange County, CA courts, our team is committed to fostering rehabilitation and building stronger communities through meaningful community service placements. Our staff brings a wealth of expertise in criminal justice, social work, and nonprofit  management, ensuring that each individual referred to CRP receives personalized support and guidance. We are passionate about making a positive impact on both offenders and the communities they serve. We look forward to partnering with you to create positive changes in our community through the Court Referral Program. Cynthia Braun oversees office operations and supportive services to ensure OneOC is operating securely and effectively. She also manages and develops the Salesforce CRM database and provides support for all other technology-related across all departments. Cynthia has extensive experience working in the nonprofit sector serving through various roles where she provides direction and hands-on support in the areas of IT management, database management, project management, grant management,  website development, volunteer recruitment and management, special events, and community outreach. Before joining OneOC in 2010, Cynthia was a Marketing Manager for two bicoastal state-of-the-art multiple million-dollar data solution centers at Ingram Micro and a Project Manager at Agile360. She holds a BS degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Cynthia is a native Northern Californian and has resided in Tustin since 2003.

Elenista-Ann Lam is part of the Volunteer Services Team overseeing the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Her previous experience includes administrative support and event planning at Giving It Back To Kids, a nonprofit based in Vietnam and Cambodia, and a project management internship at Susan G. Komen for the Cure. She is bilingual in English and Cantonese. She holds a Master’s in Public Health and Business Administration from Benedictine University. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her furry buddies Keeshond, Remi, watching movies, and making baked goods!

Elisa joined the Volunteer Services team in the summer of 2022. She has experience in leadership program coordination and event planning from her previous role serving Fullerton College. She interned for the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Public Safety and a nonprofit organization, Achieving the Dream, which fortified her passion for strengthening her local communities. She holds an M.A. in Public Administration with a concentration in local government management from California State University, Fullerton. Tusks Up! She enjoys binge-watching TV series, spending quality time with her family (especially her niece), and traveling. Elisa is excited to be a part of the Volunteer Services team to expand equity and accelerate nonprofit success in her local community.

Jeani Toscano has worked in the non-profit sector for more years than she is willing to disclose, including 10 years at both The YMCA of Orange County and Coast Bible Church. Her experience includes bookkeeping, business management, and graphic design, and she has a passion for providing friendly customer service. Jeani is an avid reader, and never leaves home without an audio-book queued up for spare moments. She and Elias, her husband of over 30 years, currently reside in South Orange County.

Jennifer Sanghera

Jennifer Sanghera serves as OneOC Nonprofit Services Manager by supporting community outreach for the Nonprofit Membership Program and Nonprofit Learning Center. Her primary focus is developing new revenue through networking, outreach, and pipeline development to provide resources, services, and connections to nonprofit organizations. Prior to OneOC, Jennifer gained related professional experience at Children & Families Futures managing the ICF subcontract for the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare (NCSACW) and was responsible for project management and technical assistance. Jennifer has strong skills in networking, engaging with community partners, public speaking, research, and strategic planning. She is detail-oriented, which fosters her current position at OneOC, managing nonprofit services. Jennifer has over 18 years of professional experience providing direct service, and management direction in the child welfare system in addition, to gaining expertise in two different non-profits that are committed to social work best practices. She was valued for planning, implementing, and seeking funding for patient and professional educational programs, in accordance with Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America’s policies and strategic plan. Jennifer served as the Executive Director of Business Development & developed strategic plans for increasing revenue, working with governmental agencies, overseeing staff to increase revenue, and overseeing management of social services programs. She received a bachelor’s in social work from Southern Vermont College.

Katelyn Noble joined OneOC with over a decade of nonprofit program management and development experience. Having most recently served as a national director for a large nonprofit, she is excited to focus her work within her community.  Katelyn obtained a BS in Health Sciences with emphasis areas in Business and Public Health.  She is a transplant from the Midwest and now lives in Irvine with her husband and two daughters.

In her spare time, Lily enjoys reading, spending time with her family and serving as a music advocate for her local community public schools.

Luke Hardy joined the Volunteer Services team at OneOC in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous role as an Events Manager for another local nonprofit. His background equips him with a robust skill set and a success-driven attitude that significantly benefits the team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Luke enjoys playing Australian Rules Football and Pickleball. When he's not at the beach, he can often be found attending music festivals throughout the summer. Luke is passionate about creating engaging community events and is eager to contribute his expertise to OneOC.

Lorraine Betts joined the OneOC in early 2023 as an Accounting Specialist. She provides extensive knowledge and experience from her prior job roles working in fast-paced accounting environments of the hospitality, medical device field, and banking sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. On the weekends you can find her leading the charge volunteering with various church ministries and social activities. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing piano, and giving back with her organizational skills and outgoing spirit.

An Economics major from Southern Methodist University, he has excelled in navigating complex financial landscapes and fostering strong client relationships. Outside of work, Mat's passions include music and spending quality time with his wife and three wonderful kids. He has joined OneOC to contribute his expertise to non-profit organizations, driven by a deep desire to support those making a positive impact in and around Orange County.

Michael Paulus joined the OneOC team in 2022.  He has worked in many different industries as a bookkeeper and accountant, since completing his undergrad in 2014. Michael loves that he can share his extensive knowledge of best practices for accounting and business to help non-profit organizations flourish. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a minor in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Saint Mary, in Organizational Health and Leadership. When he is away from his desk he enjoys hiking,  attending festivals, and soaking up the sun playing outdoor sports.

Stacy Brooks is a seasoned HR professional with a remarkable journey spanning over three decades as a nonprofit leader. She is the Director of HR & Administration for OneOC and joined the organization 12 years ago. Labeled as “HR with heart”, Stacy’s passion for strengths-based leadership and fostering employee growth and success has been a driving force throughout her career. With a wealth of experience, she excels in developing and coaching individuals, consistently guiding them toward achieving their utmost potential. Stacy’s expertise extends to a feature in the Orange County Register where she shared insights on landing a job utilizing specialty job boards. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she finds joy in being a newlywed to her husband, Kyles, and cherishes moments spent with their blended families. A nature enthusiast, she finds solace in hiking, allowing her to unwind and recharge outdoors.

Tim Strauch is the President & Chief Executive Officer for OneOC in Orange County, California. He has provided strategic leadership and direction with his business management acumen to help strengthen over 1,100 nonprofit organizations in the community.  He also serves as a coach, consultant, and trainer to professional leaders as well as a presenter and facilitator in the community.  Before his current position, Tim served in various leadership roles with the YMCA including Executive Director of the Saddleback Valley YMCA, Senior Vice President of Branch Operations, Executive Vice President of Business Development, and Chief Development Officer. With over 35 years as a successful nonprofit leader dedicated to strengthening communities, Tim has guided and empowered individuals to seek their greatest potential while making a positive difference in others. His personal mission is to maximize the human potential for greater community impact. His areas of expertise include leadership development, operations, business growth, board development, volunteer advancement, fundraising and strategic planning. He earned a Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Florida State University and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Southern California. Tim lives in Dana Point with his wife, Kristen. They are a blended family with four kids.
