The inaugural Orange County Community Cup, presented by Capital Group, brings together 1,100 employees from Orange County’s top companies and nonprofits to compete for $5K toward a charitable cause
WHAT: The inaugural Orange County Community Cup is the first event of its kind, bringing together local companies and nonprofits for a fun-filled, health & wellness community service event. The OC Community Cup emphasizes healthy lifestyles, friendly employee competition and company camaraderie, while also benefiting Orange County’s nonprofits for the work they do to make our community a better place.

- Fifty-six participating teams from 34 of Orange County’s premier companies and nonprofits
- Presenting Sponsor: Capital Group
- Event Sponsors: Experian, Edwards Lifesciences, Golden State Foods, HUB International, iHerb, Orange County Business Council, Systems Source, Tilly’s and Ventura Foods
- Orange County Food Bank and Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.
WHEN: Saturday, September 28, 2019, 8:15 AM – 12:45 PM
WHY: Based on a concept from San Antonio Sports Corporate Cup event, the Orange County Community Cup gives local businesses the chance to reward their employees’ healthy efforts and to celebrate their company’s culture of wellness. In addition, the event supports a number of community initiatives. To date, the event has contributed 15k+ meals to local Orange County Food Banks and $11k toward Orange County’s nonprofit sector, including the winning team’s grand prize – a $5k donation to the nonprofit of their choice.
