Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:
CoreLogic, a leader in global property information, analytics, and data-enabled solutions, has partnered with the non-profit Project Scientist for many years. The mutual goal is to empower the next generation of women STEAM leaders, innovators, and disruptors, often from underserved areas. At the forefront of this is David Clausen, who has hosted multiple schools in our Irvine, Calif., and Irving, Texas offices over the years. In 2023, David hosted nearly 50 students, introducing them to women from CoreLogic who are leaders, product managers, data scientists, and technologists. Through several workshops, the students were able to see firsthand and develop new products to support homeownership, protect the environment—and have a lot of fun. Guided by David’s leadership, CoreLogic plans to double the program’s size in 2024. |
