Since joining OneOC as a volunteer in February 2023, Phil has made an extraordinary impact through his strategic contributions and deep expertise in Salesforce and customer relationship management (CRM). His journey with OneOC began when he reached out to our CEO with a heartfelt desire to give back to the community upon his planned retirement in May 2023. Eager to apply his professional knowledge and skills in a meaningful way, Phil quickly became an integral part of our team, helping to strengthen our internal processes and drive key business outcomes.
Phil’s expertise in Salesforce has been nothing short of transformative for OneOC. He has successfully led multiple in-person training sessions for staff, empowering team members to better understand and utilize Salesforce’s powerful capabilities.
