Membership Cancellation

We value each member’s commitment to our mission and services. Please note that once an annual membership has been purchased, refunds are not available for any remaining time on the membership, should a cancellation be requested.

For canceled memberships, benefits and access will continue until the original expiration date but will not extend beyond this period.

We are committed to delivering impactful and beneficial training experiences for all participants. In the event that our organization must cancel a training course for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund of their payment or, alternatively, be given the option to enroll in a similar course at the same price.

Please note the following conditions for participant cancellations:

• If a registered participant cancels their training enrollment within five (5) business days before the scheduled training or fails to attend the training, no refund will be issued.

This policy helps us maintain the highest level of service and ensures that resources are effectively allocated to deliver quality training programs and membership services to all members throughout their term.
