Honoree’s Name: Erin Pheasant

Award Category: Work

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Erin Pheasant leads U.S. Bank’s Orange County Employee Development Network, an employee-led program focused on career development and community service. As a volunteer leader, Erin is proactive, detailed-oriented and organized, encouraging and supportive of others and – perhaps most importantly – caring and compassionate as she personally shares her time and talent in the community.
Erin mobilized the bank’s Employee Development Network when the pandemic forced cancellation of an event with a local school, assembling and delivering backpacks with educational, fun gifts and notes of encouragement to over 60 fifth graders.
