Background graphoc with rainbow colored dots transparent background.
In this workshop you will learn how to develop a program Theory of Change to identify your evaluation strategy. A program Theory of Change will allow you to map out your program activities, outputs, and outcomes within the context of the problem you are trying to address. It will also include underlying assumptions about how the program works or contextual factors that may disrupt the functioning of the program. This workshop will discuss the importance of having a program plan (Theory of Change) to ensure that program staff and stakeholders have a shared understanding of how the program is supposed to work and what it should achieve.

By the end of this course you will:
  • Walk away with a comprehensive Theory of Change to use as a road map for your program
  • Understand how a Theory of Change is beneficial to your organization, stakeholders and can be used to generate more funding
  • Understand the importance of having an evaluation strategy
