Asking the right questions is essential to obtaining the information you need to measure the success of your program and will allow you to have data-driven answers that you can use internally and with funders.
In this series you will learn how to develop a program Theory of Change to identify your evaluation strategy and clearly define your outputs and outcomes within the context of the problem your organization is trying to address. Establishing an evaluation plan will ensure you are collecting data in all the key areas needed to show your outcomes and demonstrate to funders your program’s impact.
In this series, you will learn how to develop surveys and other instruments for data collection and find out how to interpret your data to skillfully articulate the story of your organization. The final session of the series will teach you to how to identify your key stakeholders and how to share relevant data/information with them based on their interests and ultimately win more funding.
