Maximizing Impact with the iCAT: A Comprehensive Organizational Assessment

  • Virtual Zoom Training (map)

Unlock your nonprofit’s full potential with the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool (iCAT).

The iCAT is a powerful tool that assesses your organization’s capacity using direct input from your team and key stakeholders. It generates a clear, actionable report highlighting strengths, pinpointing growth areas, and providing tailored recommendations. Presented via Zoom by Jen Sanghera, OneOC’s Senior Manager, the iCAT helps drive organizational improvement and amplify your mission’s impact.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the six core capacity areas and 28 sub-capacities assessed by the iCAT.

  2. Learn how to gather and leverage feedback from key stakeholders and team members.

  3. Interpret iCAT results to identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement.

  4. Develop a strategic plan based on iCAT recommendations to enhance organizational capacity.

  5. Apply insights from the iCAT to improve mission delivery and increase societal impact.

*The iCAT is an exclusive resource available to nonprofits through OneOC Membership. If you’re not yet a member, we invite you to explore our membership webpage to learn more, join our community, and unlock valuable benefits like the iCAT for your organization.
