Amanda Green is proud to serve as the Director of Nonprofit Services for OneOC. In her role, Amanda is an ambassador for OneOC in the community and leads the Organizational Development Services team, which consists of consulting, membership, and training services for nonprofits, as well as CSR consulting for companies. Amanda has been with OneOC since 2019 and has held multiple roles, including Director of Operations, Organizational Development Services Director, and Nonprofit Solutions Strategist. Amanda has experience providing consulting support to nonprofits of all sizes and cause areas, with expertise in strategy, board excellence, and organizational sustainability.
Prior to joining OneOC, Amanda worked as a Marketing Manager for a startup SaaS company and volunteered her skills as a Program Manager for Youth Leadership America, nonprofit leadership development and community service organization for high school students. Amanda began her professional career at Blue Garnet, a social impact strategy consulting firm, and credits this experience to positioning her for success in the Southern California nonprofit sector. Amanda is an Accredited Coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance, a graduate of the Riordan Leadership Institute, and a StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellow. She holds an MBA from Chapman University and a BA in Psychology from CSU Long Beach.
