Amanda Green is OneOC’s Director of Operations, overseeing the strategies, business development and implementation of multiple business units for the organization, including Organizational Development Services, Volunteer Services and Marketing. Previously, Amanda has served as OneOC’s Organizational Development Service Director, OneOC’s Nonprofit Solutions Strategist, and has experience providing consulting support to nonprofits of all sizes and cause areas, with expertise in strategy, board excellence, and organizational sustainability. She has been with the organization since 2019.
Prior to joining OneOC, Amanda worked as a Marketing Manager for a startup SaaS company, and volunteered her skills as a Program Manager for Youth Leadership America, a nonprofit leadership development and community service organization for high school students. Amanda began her professional career at Blue Garnet, a social impact strategy consulting firm and credits this experience to positioning her for success in the Southern California nonprofit sector. Amanda is an Accredited Coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance, a graduate of the Riordan Leadership Institute, and a StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellow. She holds an MBA from Chapman University and a BA in Psychology from CSU Long Beach.
