Why This Team is Extraordinary:

Oltmans Construction is a group of passionate, hardworking and caring individuals who serve and strengthen the communities in which they work. They fund and bring together a collective group of like-minded partners (including employees, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers) to work on projects that strengthen and sustain their local communities. In February 2020, Oltmans Construction began work on the Orange County Rescue Mission’s Tustin Veterans Outpost Expansion project that involved a complete gut and reconstruction of three, newly acquired two-story apartment fourplexes. Growing the Tustin Veterans Outpost from two fourplexes to five will allow an additional 45 homeless veterans and family members to receive transitional housing, veteran-specific services and support to learn how to become self-sufficient in civilian life. The entire cost of labor, supplies and materials for this expansion project was donated by the
Oltmans Foundation along with its subcontractors and vendors.
Even amidst the challenges of a pandemic, Oltmans Construction stayed committed to their mission of making a positive impact in their local community by expanding transitional housing for homeless veterans at Orange County Rescue Mission.
