Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

 

 

Charla goes above and beyond to give back to her local community, from nonprofits and Cox Employee Resource Groups to mentoring emerging professionals in the public affairs sector. Charla recently organized a county wide tech drive where residents in Orange County could donated their used tech, which was then refurbished and made available to low income families across southern California.

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Gary constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty. In Dec of 2020, Cox pivoted our annual holiday event with the Boys & Girls Club of Capistrano Valley to a virtual setting. Gary surprised us all by showing up to the Zoom meeting dressed as Santa and greeted each student as they picked up gifts!

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Amanda has such a passion for giving back to the local community. Amanda took time out of her day to deliver backpacks filled with learn at home tech needs for students at R.H. Dana Elementary.
Honoree’s Name: Eric Araujo

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Eric is quick to raise his hand when there is an opportunity to volunteer in the community.
Eric recently volunteered at R.H. Dana passing out tech backpacks to students to assist with at-home learning.

Honoree’s Name: Bob Leff

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Bob is always one of the first people at Cox to raise his hand for volunteer events and get his entire team involved.
Bob volunteered at Cox’s annual holiday event with the Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley. He was boots on the ground helping the club volunteers safely load gifts into club members cars as they drove through.
