Honoree’s Name: Marjorie Rhodes

Award Category: Environment & Sustainability

Why This Volunteer is Extraordinary:

Marjorie Rhodes has been volunteering with the Bolsa Chica Conservancy for almost a decade. She started as a shy high school student participating in our youth leadership program and has gone above and beyond for the Conservancy ever since. Over the years, Marjorie has volunteered and later interned for every opportunity the Conservancy has to offer, and has become one of our most reliable and experienced volunteers in our restoration, education, and administrative fields. Since she started volunteering with us, she has logged over 1,000 hours with the Bolsa Chica Conservancy. We couldn’t be more proud to have Marjorie as a volunteer with us!
