Organizes a consultant-led after-school course for a local charter school called Business@School. Each year, a class of 20-30 high school students attend weekly classes that teach business principles taught by BCG consultants. Naila has been a pivotal to the success of this initiative. This mentorship program pairs students from these 5 schools with BCG consultants and enables biweekly mentorship sessions where students can explore college options, future career paths, and general advice from working professionals.
